In the high season our apartments are usually only let by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Outside high season it is often possible to customize times to your needs.

Prices include: bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels (1x per week), private parking in in-house garage, ski depot and ski boots dryer, bike storage, use of the washing machine in the apartment, electricity, heating, baby cot (available on request), high chair till 15 kg, ordinary final cleaning (if the final cleaning turns out to be very time-consuming, we reserve the right to charge an additional amount of 50€).

Please note that since 01/01/2014 all accommodation providers in South Tyrol have been charging a local tourist tax. Children and teenagers under 14 being exempt from it. This tax is not included in the price.

Sorry, pets are not allowed in our house.

Check-out: till 9.00h

Booking only becomes effective after the payment of a 30%-deposit of the rent.

Early departure or late arrival does not warrant any refund. Cancellations do not warrant any refund of the deposit.
